If you are taking care of business for you and your family you will have the following four documents:
- Power of Attorney
- Medical Power of Attorney
- Directive to Physicians
The probate of a Will can take different forms depending upon the circumstances. Probate is generally always less expensive with a Will than without. Here are three common ways of probating an estate.
